2023 EARTH DAY CHARLES RIVER CLEANUP

We hope you will join us for this year's Annual Earth Day Charles River Cleanup!

The Earth Day Charles River Cleanup builds on a national effort as part of American Rivers’ National River Cleanup®, which has removed over 25 million pounds of trash from America’s waterways. Our cleanup brings together over 3,000 volunteers each year to pick up litter, remove invasive species and assist with park maintenance along all 80 miles of the Charles River.

By volunteering with CRWA, you’ll be able to participate in the cleanup of the parks, forests, and paths along the upper portion of our river in Newton, Weston, Wellesley, Dedham, and more! In an effort to be more environmentally friendly, we encourage volunteers to bring their own pair of gloves. Trash bags, picker-uppers, and other cleanup materials will be supplied to those who wish to participate.

REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED!

THANK YOU TO ALL WHO SIGNED UP–WE WILL BE IN TOUCH VERY SOON WITH YOUR SITE ASSIGNMENTS + DETAILS FOR THE DAY!
