AN EXCITING NEW NATURE-BASED PROJECT IS COMING TO ALDER BROOK IN NEEDHAM!

This winter, the Town of Needham is launching an exciting new project to design measures that will:

  • improve water quality

  • reduce stormwater runoff

  • enhance flood protections (along Alder Brook near the DeFazio parking lot)

The initiative will involve design for nature-based solutions to improve local climate resiliency and help improve the health of Alder Brook, which feeds into the Charles River.
