Good news in state budget for a clean Charles

The Mass. House has finalized its FY25 budget and we were pleased to see $100K for invasives removal in the Charles and Mystic Rivers, as well as $50K for Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) reduction planning. Thank you, Representative Kay Khan for securing the invasives removal funding yet again, and to Rep. David Rogers for championing the CSO earmark. But the journey doesn't end here—stay tuned for more opportunities to lend your voice as the budget season progresses through the first week of May in the Senate.
