All Smiles for Green Infrastructure in Milford!

Next time you're in Milford, be sure to visit Milford Town Park to see our cool new “green infrastructure” project! CRWA joined engineers from Horsley Witten and town staff to plant 300+ native plants and five trees in two new rain gardens to filter stormwater pollution, increase flood resilience, and beautify the park for residents!

What started as an empty grassy field has been transformed into a lush and biodiverse space for pollinators and people to enjoy. Thanks to the state Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness (MVP) Program, the Town of Milford, and Milford DPW & Parks who made this project possible.
