Charles River Watershed Association (CRWA), an internationally recognized environmental advocacy nonprofit based in Boston, MA, is seeking a Development Director to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a mission-based organization working on the front lines of climate change and clean water protection. The Development Director ensures the financial sustainability of the organization by managing CRWA’s major- and mid-level gifts program and overseeing the annual fund and corporate program. The Director reports to the Executive Director and oversees two Development staff members, with potential to grow their team. This role provides an opportunity for leadership and innovation and is critical to the success of CRWA’s long-term growth strategy.
