Much of Charles River Watershed In Level 1 Drought

The Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs has declared a Level 1 Mild Drought for much of the Charles River watershed following two months of below-normal rainfall. The Trout Brook Delta at the Dover Land Trust’s Bartlett Pines reservation is feeling the impact. Take a look at this dried streambed:
