As Senior Communications Manager, Stefan leads CRWA’s communication efforts to consistently articulate the organization’s mission, drive advocacy, and support fundraising. 

Stefan graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in journalism and spent four years working as a news reporter for multiple newspapers across the Greater Boston area, including the Boston Herald, the Lowell Sun, and the Needham Times. Before joining CRWA, he was the communications specialist at the Providers’ Council – the largest association of community-based human services agencies in Massachusetts – where, for the past three years, he was responsible for executing communications strategies to promote the nonprofit’s advocacy work and education opportunities. 

In his spare time, Stefan enjoys cooking, hiking, watching basketball, and playing with his cat Pickles.
