As the Advocacy Director for CRWA, Cabell collaborates with leaders at the local, state, and federal levels to enact resilient policy initiatives throughout the Commonwealth.

Cabell hails from Richmond, Virginia, and has been at the forefront of climate activism since 1994, when she first organized for environmental issues with the Sierra Club's Save the Rainforest campaign. Upon settling in Massachusetts in 2005, Cabell intensified her commitment to political causes, most notably serving as the campaign manager for Bob Massie's gubernatorial bid in 2018. Her unwavering dedication culminated in her role as the Political Director for the Better Future Project, where she was pivotal in driving forward two of the most impactful climate laws in the Northeast, an indelible victory in the fight against climate change.

In her leisure time, she enjoys immersing herself in biographies, movies, and live music and cherishing moments with her son, who is a phenomenal musician and artist. She also takes immense pride in her daughter's exceptional athletic and academic accomplishments.
