CRWA Presents at the 2024 NEWEA Conference!

From January 21st to 24th, CRWA participated in New England's largest conference for water quality professionals; attending three days of panels and presentations on stormwater management, watershed science, and combined sewer overflow. This year’s New England Water and Environment Association (NEWEA) conference hosted more than 2,300 attendees and over 200 exhibit displays. On day two of the conference, CRWA Senior Stormwater Program Manager Max Rome presented our work, “Tracking Changes in Land Use for the Charles River Watershed.” On day three, Max participated in a panel discussion titled “Next Steps in Addressing the Stormwater Nutrient Dilemma.” Max says, “It was exciting to see the progress that towns in our watershed are making toward reducing pollution and to see the standing room-only-crowds for the stormwater session!”. Thanks to all who attended!
