Natick Dam Removal Update

Natick's Charles River Dam Advisory Committee is deciding on the future of the Charles River Dam in South Natick. At a July 19 meeting, Committee members expressed strong support in favor of dam removal and river restoration. Next step: the committee will draft recommendations for the Select Board. Thank you to committee members for such thorough, thoughtful consideration. Read more about why we advocate for dam removal and river restoration in articles from WGBH, NBC 10, Boston.com, MetroWest Daily News, Natick Patch, Mintz, and POLITICO.
