Reduce the Lanes, Restore the River

We hired engineering consulting firm Geosyntec to review MassDOT’s plans for the Allston I-90 project, and earlier this month hosted a virtual meeting on their findings. From flooding to stormwater pollution to recreation, we have strong concerns about MassDOT’s preferred design at this time. Our work shows that we can have less pavement, more green space and public access, and much better planning for flooding. Read our comment letter and coverage in Harvard Crimson.
