As Volunteer and Outreach Coordinator, Ryan manages CRWA's volunteer monthly monitors, corporate invasive removal events, the annual Earth Day cleanup, and numerous other education and outreach events.

Ryan received his B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Massachusetts Boston in 2022. After graduation, he took on a seasonal role as a Summer Program Coordinator at the Boston Nature Center working in environmental education. He then began working in the environmental sampling industry on projects spanning wastewater, public drinking water, and groundwater across Massachusetts. With his love for nature and people, Ryan is excited to connect the two toward a healthier Charles River. In his spare time, he enjoys trail walks, attending concerts, and spending time with his partner and friends.
