As Associate Attorney, Zeus works at the local, state, and federal levels to protect the Charles River and its watershed through administrative decision-making processes, advancing legislative priorities, strengthening environmental laws and regulations, and holding polluters and government agencies accountable.​
A graduate of the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, Zeus has been interested in actively advocating for the environment for a long time. As a law student, Zeus worked with the Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Enforcement and Compliance Assurance, the Department of Justice, and the Environmental Defense Fund. His interest in international environmental coordination has led him to work with the Center for Water Security and Cooperation in Washington D.C. and Water for Good, a charitable organization working out of the Central African Republic.

Zeus’ background is in political science and international relations, with a B.A. from Reed College in Portland, Oregon. While at Reed College, he focused on environmental and water issues, writing his thesis on the international transfer of efficient water technology and policy. He is particularly interested in environmental justice and has focused on the intersection between diversity, equity, inclusion, and the environmental sector.
